Check in was great, and I asked the service writer was the tire rotation part of the 35 service he said yes. And when the car was finished, he said wasn’t there maybe at lunch. However to my surprise he had added a 50.00 charge for tire rotation which he failed to mention. And the service I had agreed to only 79.00. So the new service writer told me the total and I said no, I agreed to the 79.00. He took the 50.00 charge off. I found that the first gentleman who checked the car in for service was deceptive by not mentioning the rotation charge.

Courteous, informed sales and support people with fast service. Bright clean showroom. Lots of options of vehicle types to choose from on the lot.

Jacky Garcia was great and at explaining everything. She was kind and patient with all our questions. Between her and Faris we had a great experience with our car please process at Mazda.

My Son bought a car from Bakersfield Mazda yesterday and it was such a smooth experience. He ended up getting a really nice car for a fair price. We had no issues with anything! He told them the budget and needs and preferences and they really made it work! Brought a car from one of their other owned lots. They were honest and professional. The salesman Robert Garcia was so down to earth and helpful. He got my trust from the beginning. Firas was also amazing and more than helpful. I like the feeling of being at a dealership you know you can trust! Hopefully, we won’t be in the market for any new cars in the near future but if we are, we will definitely go back to Bakersfield Mazda! One day maybe I’ll buy a brand new one for myself. They are beautiful just not in the budget right now for me as my car is almost paid off anyways highly highly recommend the Credit check and everything went through really fast and everything went really smooth!

My husband and I had a great experience with Bakersfield Mazda. I found the car that I wanted and was able to get a good deal. The process from start to finish was excellent. From the salesperson, Abraham to the loan officer, Daniel and the manager, Juan. All my questions were answered and I am pleased with my 2026 Mazda CX 50. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a reliable vehicle.

Never usually write reviews but they were a huge help. Dario was amazing and got me better deal anywhere else in town. Came in needing a car expecting to come out with pre owned reliable car with the budget I had and came out with a brand new car. The mazda 3 is legit and reliable and thanks to daniel and the finance team for finding a good deal. Thanks fellas highly recommend.

When you sit down with these guys make sure you read the numbers on the contracts, if you trade in a car they showed odometer higher than it was by a thousand miles, the trade in value was suppose to be $27,000 and they put $24,500, The interest rate from the credit union was suppose to be 4.99% and was higher. The finance manager talks constantly rushing the signing of documents, make sure he lets you read all documents without interruption, blah, blah, blah, blah. Read and re-read the numbers before you sit down with the finance manager!
