Jacky and Juan were great to work with. We were able to arrive at a quick deal that was good for both of us. I am a repeat customer for Bakersfield Mazda and have enjoyed my experience with them. The only drawback was that they only had one finance person there on a Friday evening so we spent a lot of time waiting for our turn to finish the deal.

It was ok am a 71 year old senior and understand things well especially about cars i bought my car new there in 2015 am the only driver on a fixed income from retirement i think they are very expensive but everything is they should have discounts for old people
Our salesman was very friendly and took his time. We did not feel any pressure to buy, gave us detailed descriptions about the differences between the new car and the and cpo car we were looking at. After purchasing he gave us a very through explanations of all the cars features.

Made an appointment for tires. Day of appointment I was told I have to pay in advance to order them. Which I did,lost that day then day of appointment the tires did not arrive on time,so I had to wait for them. New tires on was quick but they communication was terrible. They could have told me to pay when appointment was made.

Went in cause my car that I bought 3 months ago wouldn’t start , they checked my car asap and detected a bad battery, that wasn’t under warranty but the general sales manger Joe gacad took care and resolved this issue. It was my first time getting my CX5 serviced here. Overall, it was a good experience. I appreciated the coupon for oil change, in addition to the coffee machine and cold filtered water. Please add some paper towels or napkins to the drink area. The water machine got some water on the floor. I had to go to the restroom to get a towel to clean up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back.
