I had a pretty great experience with Mazda as a first time buyer. The very first time I went into the lot my salesman Ramez came out and greeted my family and myself , gave us cool water and even parked the cars that I was looking at in the shade because it was pretty hot out , that hospitality I just appreciate.

I’m happy with the customer service and efficiency Mazda has provided to me. I had visit the service center for a few times now due to different issues with my plug-in hybrid vehicle, I haven’t waited at all for me to be attend. Ricardo was very helpful with providing me detailed information in regard to the parts of my vehicle needing replacement. He is very nice and professional. I will definitely return back to Mazda.

It was my first time getting my CX5 serviced here. Overall, it was a good experience. I appreciated the coupon for oil change, in addition to the coffee machine and cold filtered water. Please add some paper towels or napkins to the drink area. The water machine got some water on the floor. I had to go to the restroom to get a towel to clean up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back.

They take really good care of you. The waiting room is comfortable. They keep you updated by text and when they're finished, they send you a video showing one of the mechanics inspecting your vehicle during your oil change.
My experience with Dario was fantastic! He was thorough and very patient as we test drove several cars. He had in depth knowledge of the vehicles and buying process.

Check in was great, and I asked the service writer was the tire rotation part of the 35 service he said yes. And when the car was finished, he said wasn’t there maybe at lunch. However to my surprise he had added a 50.00 charge for tire rotation which he failed to mention. And the service I had agreed to only 79.00. So the new service writer told me the total and I said no, I agreed to the 79.00. He took the 50.00 charge off. Came in needing a car expecting to come out with pre owned reliable car with the budget I had and came out with a brand new car. I bought my new and first Mazda at Bakersfield Mazda. Gerald was my salesman and was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and knew how to show me how to work all the bells and whistles on the car. Both the sales manager and general manager came out and introduced themselves and shook my hand. I’ve never had that kind of experience at a dealership. It was wonderful! And best of all, it didn’t take 10 hours to buy a car. I drove out with my new car in under 4 hours. This dealership rocks!
This is the second car I’ve bought from Bakersfield Mazda, and my experience has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are upfront and honest about costs and fees.
