They take really good care of you. The waiting room is comfortable. They keep you updated by text and when they're finished, they send you a video showing one of the mechanics inspecting your vehicle during your oil change.
My experience with Dario was fantastic! He was thorough and very patient as we test drove several cars. He had in depth knowledge of the vehicles and buying process.

Check in was great, and I asked the service writer was the tire rotation part of the 35 service he said yes. And when the car was finished, he said wasn’t there maybe at lunch. However to my surprise he had added a 50.00 charge for tire rotation which he failed to mention. And the service I had agreed to only 79.00. So the new service writer told me the total and I said no, I agreed to the 79.00. He took the 50.00 charge off. My husband and I had a great experience with Bakersfield Mazda. I found the car that I wanted and was able to get a good deal. The process from start to finish was excellent. Never usually write reviews but they were a huge help. Dario was amazing and got me better deal anywhere else in town. Came in needing a car expecting to come out with pre owned reliable car with the budget I had and came out with a brand new car. I bought my new and first Mazda at Bakersfield Mazda. Gerald was my salesman and was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and knew how to show me how to work all the bells and whistles on the car. Both the sales manager and general manager came out and introduced themselves and shook my hand. I’ve never had that kind of experience at a dealership. It was wonderful! And best of all, it didn’t take 10 hours to buy a car. I drove out with my new car in under 4 hours. This dealership rocks!
This is the second car I’ve bought from Bakersfield Mazda, and my experience has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are upfront and honest about costs and fees. I tried going somewhere else once and I ended up leaving without purchasing anything, and came here instead! I will definitely come back in the future if I need any more cars!

Friendly service here at bakersfield mazda. They wont pressure you to get a different car or the next trim up. The salesman Jerrell Isom was kind too, I wanted only one car and he stuck with it didnt try to persuade me to get a more expensive trim or model. He saw the car i wanted and stuck with it. If you come to bakersfield mazda I recommend him for fast and friendly service.

I was not pleased with the consultation and price quote communication given by the lady who checked me in. The gentleman who received payment at the end of service was very thorough in explanation and proactive in rectifying a financial error in the lack of communication given in the morning drop off time.

When I first began shopping around for a car, I was sure I wanted a Kia Seltos. I shopped around and even test drove at the Kia dealership, but ultimately couldn't come to an agreement on the OTD price.
